Once again Lemoncat has scoured the vastness of his vinyl archive to bring us this little gem. This is a great collection of TV Thriller themes which was originally contained in a Reader's Digest box set called "TV Spectacular", here we have the volume dedicated to the "The Thrillers", all wrapped up in a cool retro television design sleeve.
Featured are some great versions of all the popular themes from the 60's & 70's including Columbo, Kojak, The Avengers, Hawaii Five-O etc. All performed to a high standard by 101 Strings, Burt Rhodes, Harry Rabinowitz and Johnny Keating.

This is one of the best TV comps I've heard! Thank you both.
I have this - there are a series of similarly-themed albums with sports themes, drama themes and so on. The thriller one is remarkable chiefly for the Quiller theme with its awesome undulating synth. There's a pretty decent version of The Rockford Files, too.
