BULLITT (RE-RECORDING)

Here we have the score to Peter Yates' classic thriller Bullitt, starring Steve McQueen.

This is a re-recording of the score arranged and conducted by the original composer Lalo Schifrin. It includes material not featured on the original Warner Bros LP soundtrack, which was itself a re-recording with a more jazzy style. This recording is performed by the WDR Big Band, a very talented and groovy collection of musicians in Germany. Recorded at WDR Studios, Cologne, Germany in April 2000. Don't be put off by the re-recording tag, this is a classic.
